Why the answer is what it is

Quick Results is also explicitly unofficial and not a substitute for your license. Some employers and clinical placements will not accept it as proof of passing, and it carries a disclaimer that in rare cases the unofficial result can differ from the final official one, though this is uncommon. If your test session was flagged for any irregularity, that can also delay both the unofficial and official result well beyond the normal window.
