The four things people ask before paying
What happens if I fail?
Email us within 30 days of your result and we will extend your access free until your retake date. We do not advertise a pass guarantee because we have not been running long enough for that promise to mean anything.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. Pause for up to three months from your account settings and keep your progress and review list. Billing stops on the day you pause.
Is there a student discount?
The price is already set for students, so there is no separate discount. If $29 a month is genuinely the barrier, email [email protected] and we will sort something out.
How do I cancel?
One button in account settings, no email required, no retention flow. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
